A real fish soup made according to an old breton recipe. A delice !
Tasting tip : heat, stirring all the time, until boiling. You can thicken the soup by adding some milk, egg yolk, or crème fraiche. Serve with croutons and grated cheese. You can season this soup with a teaspoon of rouille.
Water, fish 33%, carrots 3%, tomato concentrate 2%, onions, green crab, salt, rapeseed oil, potato starch, carrageenans, garlic, spices. May contain traces of milk and molluscs.
