A delicious and original pasta
The Zita pasta are not very common in Europe yet already very famous in Italia, in particular in the Campania region, where this pasta come from. This delicious pasta should be more famous!
Their shape looks like a holed spaghetti with a diameter of 1.1/1.2 mm.
This kind of pasta is perfect to cook a good gratin with cheese on top of it. You can also add a good Italian sauce to make it even more delicious!
