Folies Fromages – Guillaume and Lesgards

Either eaten directly with cheese, on a crunchy baguette or on a fresh, hot slice of toast, the Folies Fromages of Guillaume and Lesgards are six recipes intended to add a different and original aspect to the way that you eat cheese. All six recipes are based on tradition, and rely on making the most of opposing, yet complementary flavours. Made by craftsmen in the Pyrénées.

Quince and apple with three spices

Perfect with Roquefort and other blue cheeses.

To make the most of the soft yet strong character of Roquefort cheese, something rather gentle is required. The classic combination of quince and apple is brilliantly livened up by the addition of a little touch of spice, which gives blue cheese a boost, without smothering its personality.

Composition :
Quince juice 21%, apple 38%, sugar, vinegar, pectin, lemon juice, spices (ginger, cinnamon, cloves).
