Made with fish bought directly on Le Guilvinec fish market and prepared by La Pointe de Penmarc'h cannery.
Serving suggestion: a classic recipe. Mackerel fillets marinated slowly in Muscadet wine and spices. Serve chilled as an entrée with a crisp, dry white wine.
