French Hazelnut Virgin Oil

This hazelnuts oil is soft but has also a pronounced taste, it is a real delight. It has be made in a practical size of 25cl allowing to consume it quickly and not to let it deteriorate.
Les Huiles Guénard recipe: a brioche with hazelnut
- 265g of flour
- 15g yeast of baker
- 35g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 half grass of milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 5 soup spoons of France Guénard hazelnut blank oil
Dissolve the yeast in warm water. In a bowl, mix the flour, the sugar and the salt. Then, add one by one your eggs. And finally add the oil, the milk and the yeast.
Knead the dough until you obtain an elastic ball. Then, let the dough rise during 30 minutes in an oven at 30°C. Afterwards, remove the dough of the oven.
Preheat the oven in 180°. Then, place the dough in a sieved brioche mould and put it in your oven for 30 minutes.
