The Elizaldia Farm is located in the small Basque village of Gamarthe. It is in this place, combining tradition and beautiful landscapes, that all the typical recipes of this region are made. This “pork axoa” is one of the traditional dishes of the Basque Country. Prepared from high-quality pork meat and ingredients selected for their unique taste, it can be savoured heated, served with potatoes, rice or fresh pastas.

Composition :
Lean and fat of pork, sweet pepper, onion, white wine, Espelette chilli 1,5%, salt, pepper, garlic.
