A very high-quality oil coming from the first cold pressing of the olives.
This Italian olive oil is from Venetia (Hills of Verona). It is made from olives cultivated in the region of the Lake Garda, getting a special microclimate stretching to the hills of Verona and which allows the culture of the olives in spite of the latitude. It results in a fine olive oil, delicate and flavoured, made from olives ripened in a temperate climate. The SALVAGNO pressing shed has been producing its oil since 1923 by the simplest traditional methods: squashing olives with a granite stone and cold pressing.
