Sweet salty for this gourmet recipe

This jar has a generous size and contains two duck legs, it is perfect for two persons. This preparation is a classic in French gastronomy. It is especially appreciated for its fruity sauce which match perfectly with the duck. This is a farmer duck and comes from the Southwest of France.

It has no additive or conservative added, so, it permits to keep authentic flavour in mouth.

The recipe remains simple, with a sauce of juices and orange peels and can be lifted with wines like Cointreau, Curaçao and Grand Marnier.

2 duck legs farmer Southwest 50%, sauce {water, natural flavor, Table dry white wine (sulphites), sugar, wine vinegar (sulphites), wheat flour (gluten), butter (milk), aroma natural, modified corn starch, GRAND MARNIER® (sulphites), Cointreau, Curaçao, tomato concentrate, wheat starch (gluten), zest, juice and orange slices 10% of the sauce, salt, pepper}.
