A tasty dish with duck
The Parmentier Duck is a classical Southwest recipe. It is a classic cottage pie where the beef meat was replaced by the duck, a flagship product of Comtesse du Barry house.
You are going to love frayed duck taste with a drop of Madeira wine and crystallized shallots. The whole preparation is covered with crushed potatoes cooked, with nutmeg, turmeric and single cream. We suggest you to accompany this dish with some salad leaves to bring a crisping touch.
Cooking Tips :
Remove the seal and warm it in a traditional oven or in a microwave for three minutes.
