For this duck foie gras, Comtesse du Barry only uses french geese which are raised outdoors in the Gers region and are fed with whole grain corn. Then, the foie gras is cooked in the traditional kitchen of Comtesse du Barry, at Gimont in the Gers. Their meticulous work permits to guarantee the quality of products.

This duck foie gras accompanied with figs has to be spread on toasted bread during your festive meals. Perfectly seasoned with fine spices, it will seduce you and your guests.
