The ponzu sauce is a condiment traditionally used in Japan. Sudachi-based, it has a sweet aroma; it is ideal for serving with grilled meat or fish. You can also use it on your salads as a dressing, or blended with other condiments or with olive oil as well.
What is sudachi?
Sudachi, or citrus sudachi, is a very small green-coloured fruit, presenting a freshness and a savour which made one of the most delicious Japanese citrus fruits. It is, among others, used to prepare dressings like Ponzu dressing.
