What could be more festive than a recipe combining tasty foie gras and langoustines. L'atelier Bernard Marot creates this wonderful association and it is very successful.

The fresh taste of the langoustine is balanced by the soft taste of foix gras. The texture of this dip is very creamy and easy to spread. This is a perfect mixture to toast on piece of bread for an appetizer or festive starter.

fish, lobster (15%), cream, foie gras (15%), butter, water, skimmed milk powder, thickeners: xanthan gum and cellulose, mustard (water, mustard seeds, spirit vinegar, salt, acidifying : citric acid, preservatives: potassium metabisulphite, wheat fiber, sea salt Cognac, sugar, spices..
