The preparation of the Maison Catusse are based on its strong local presence in the province of Quercy, in the South West of France. The products are processed in the respect for tradition and contain no preservatives or dyes.

This pâté combines handcrafted prepared wild boar, meat appreciated for its taste full of character with morels, a spring mushroom highly sought after and rare, are also tastefully done him unanimously. To precisely meet all, currant berries were added, they bring a slightly sweet touch that creates a perfect contrast with the set.

Serve with toasted baguette slices toasts or as an aperitif, or with a salad for a tasty entry
