This sea salad can either be cooked in boiling water, or rehydrated in lightly salted water. It is an excellent ingredient to be used in the soups, with rice, croquettes and quiches. Raw, it is delicious dressed as a salad, but it can also be grilled or fried. You can also use it to garnish or decorate seafood and fish dishes.
