Sea spaghetti with young garlic

The Porto Muinos canning factory selects and prepares seaweed by traditional methods. The himanthalia elongata alga or sea spaghetti has a marine flavour, very close to cockles. Raw, it has a taste of fresh beans. It is very fleshy seaweed which is very rich in vitamin C and assimilated iron. This seaweed can be served with many dishes, such as with fish, rice, pasta or vegetables. You can also use it to prepare soups, ready-cooked meals, croquettes or canapés!
