Le Château Bouscassé is a property of the Brumont family for several generations. Some of the vines that produce this 100% Tannat Madiran are centenarians. Winemaking and aging: Maceration lasts 3 to 6 weeks and fermentation takes place at a temperature of 28 ° C. The latter is malolactic, thereby soften the wine. Ageing on lees in 100% new oak barrels for 14 to 16 months.
