Le Château Bouscassé is a property of Brumont family for several generations. The 50 hectares of the estate based on a soil composed of a mixture of clay that brings freshness and limestone to filtering properties, ideal for viticulture. P>
Grapes: Tannat, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc. Vines 20 to 100 years old. P>
Earth it is composed of fine clay of various colors ensuring cold ground and limestone p>.
Winemaking and aging: maceration lasts 3 to 6 weeks, the fermentation is done at a temperature of 28 °. 30 to 50% of the barrels used for breeding are new. P>
Tasting Notes: wine with fruity and delicate aromas of ripe, fleshy mouth. It holds its youth and therefore has a good aging potential. P>
Food pairing: red meat, spicy dishes. Gascon cuisine, Béarnaise and Basque. P>
