Torus is a modern wine. Created by Alain Brumont in 2000 it's a wine with a new style, generous and charmer who knows surprise. They are young vines under 20 who are selected in Montus terroirs and Bouscassés to produce this Torus. The whole gives a very seductive concept that combines fun and good value for money.

Grapes: Gros Manseng, Petit Manseng. Vignes 30 years of age.

Earth soil composed of clay and limestone .

Winemaking and aging: wine from late harvest and assembled from two grapes before fermentation at 16-18 ° C .

Tasting Notes: exotic aromas with a very open nose, aromas of pineapple and lychee. Wine voluptuous, fresh and balanced in the mouth.

Food pairing: This sweet white can be served as an aperitif or with a pie summer fruits (peaches and nectarines), an apricot crumble, an almond cake .. .
