Torrus is a modern wine. Created by Alain Brumont in 2000 is a wine with a new style, generous and charmer who knows surprise. Winemaking and aging: cold maceration (between 16 and 18 degrees) for 15 days after selection of juices. One year of aging in tanks on fine lees.
Tasting Notes: delicate aromas of white fruit (peaches, pears). The palace is full of freshness and intensity, roundness in the mouth.
