A fish with Provencal flavors

L'atelier Bernard Marot worked for more than 50 vegetables and seafood, with this experience the company offers spreads varied and original taste.

It is here around sardines, fish taste strong but appreciated that met Provencal herbs. Dried tomato and basil with mint flavor or slightly sweet. The preparation has a creamy texture and a strong taste in the mouth.

This recipe is eaten fresh on toast slices or sticks, or glasses decorated with a basil leaf and fine fluted lemon slices.

Composition :
sardine (40%), cream, vegetable oil (olive and rapeseed or sunflower), dried tomatoes (7% (tomatoes, salt, antioxidant: E300 and E302, acid: E330)), basil (3%), mustard (water , mustard seeds, spirit vinegar, salt, citric acid, preservative: potassium metabisulfite), thickener: cellulose, spices and herbs, skim milk powder, salt, natural flavors. May contain traces of shellfish, tree nuts, shellfish.
