The crayfish is carefully prepared and is accompanied with some coconut milk and a mixture of Colombo spices. You can find the last one in the Indian food and can be associated to another spice: the curry. This preparation contains a lot of ingredients like: turmeric, a seed of coriander, pepper black, mustards seeds, laurel, thyme, some wood leaves of India, and a hot Jamaica pepper. All these ingredients make this product, unique and with a particular taste. Moreover, with the coconut milk, it brings an exoticism touch to this rillette.
You can spread this rillette on a slice of grilled bread or on a slice of a baguette. It is so good, you have my word !
