Created more than 300 years ago, the pink biscuits of Reims have a unique texture that makes them extremely good at soaking up liquids. They are superb used to make trifles and other puddings, but our favourite way of eating them is to dunk them into a glass of champagne, wine, port or aperitif wine. Indulgent, delicious and delightfully chic!
