Herbal tea par excellence, drunk by the ton, above all in the form of teabags, verbena is originally from the tropical regions of South America. It grows only in tropical regions. The verbena aids digestion by its action in the stomach. To infuse it, put 15g of verbena for one litre of water for 10 minutes. To prepare a liqueur, put 25g of leaves in a half litre of brandy at 45% of alcohol. Let it soak for one week, filter and add 300g of brown sugar.
