Based in Vouvray, close to Tours, the Hardouin company has specialised in pork butchery for more than a century. The spirit of this traditional pork butcher is preserved today and allows them to offer products of great quality, made by traditional methods.

Confit of sautéed pork with Vouvray wine

This lovely, richly flavoured confit of sautéed pork can be served with a green salad as a starter, or with potatoes and French beans as a main dish.

Eat cold or warm gently in a bain-marie for 20 minutes. Recommended wine: semi-dry or dry Vouvray.

Pork meat, meat stock, jelly, colouring: caramel E150b, wine: Vouvray 1 %, lactose, flavour enhancer: sodium glutamate, acidifier: citric acid.
