Based in Vouvray, close to Tours, the Hardouin company has specialised in pork butchery for more than a century. The spirit of this traditional pork butcher is still very much alive today, and they continue to create products of great quality, made according to traditional methods.

Andouillette Fricassée from Vouvray

This Vouvray sauce, made of mustard and shallots, goes perfectly with andouillettes. This homemade recipe can be served with steamed or sautéed potatoes as a main dish.

How to prepare:

Heat in a bain-marie for 15 minutes or for a few minutes in the microwave.

Recommended wine: semi-dry or dry Vouvray.

Andouillette sausage 56%, mustard, shallot, fresh cream, butter, starch, flavouring, wine: Vouvray.
