A white beer, perfect for quenching a serious thirst

The lightest beer (4.5% of alcohol) and the softest of the Pilat brewery.

White beer, obtained by a high fermentation – 24°C, followed by a cold storage at 4°C, following the traditions of the German Weizenbier, it is mainly brewed with Bavarian organic malted barley and wheat. The richness of its aromas is linked with the spices used during the brewing: cardamom, orange peel, lemon and ginger. Light head, fruity slight hoppy taste, without persistent bitterness.

To be served very cold, around 5°C, with salad or seafood, fish; or to quench a raging thirst.
