A delicately perfumed floral jelly

The elder has a long and romantic history, including the legend that its roots sheltered the Queen of the Fairies.

Made using organically grown elderflowers, with a reduced sugar content, this jelly preserves all the flavour and perfume of the delicate elderflower.

Try stirring a spoonful into fruit compotes. Perfect with rhubarb and apricot, the elderflower also brings out the flavour of muscat wine - use your imagination to create sensational puddings. Just as delicious served simply spread on fresh bread or pancakes.

Recipe idea : Elderflower icecream

Mix together: 250cl fresh cream, 4 soup spoons of elderflower jelly, the juice of half a lemon

Composition :
Cane sugar, water, elderflowers, lemon, agar agar (natural gelling agent). Total sugar content 62g per 100g jam.
