This organic farm cider is obtained from 8 varieties of apples. All apples are harvested from the 7000 apple trees on the farm. They are then pressed on the spot. The juice obtained in this way ferments naturally, turns the sugar into alcohol and gas bubbles. It results in a cider of character, with a flavour defined by the blend chosen.
The orchards of the Cidrerie de la Baie are cultivated exclusively in organic agriculture by fertilising with compost and fighting against diseases with natural products. Besides producing cider with irreproachable quality apples, the donkeys kept by Corinne and Jean-Marc are happy to graze in the orchards.
