A wine which marries intensity and smoothness with grace
Tasting : rose, mango, peach and honey aromas, with grace, intensity and finesse but without any ostentation.
Origins : The Fronholz benefits from a south-eastly exposure and its proximity to the Vosges mountains ensures that the vineyard benefits from the afternoon and evening sunshine. The clay-rich soil is particularly rich in minerals.
Aging and matching : can be kept up to 25 years - Serve chilled (10°C) for the apéritif with puddings, foie gras, blue cheeses or as a digestive.
