The cream of the crop!

The prune is obtained by drying and rehydration of plum of Ente. This one draws its name from its creation. The old French word "enter" corresponds to the action of grafting. Indeed the plum tree of Ente results from the grafting of its Chinese ancestor with a plum tree of Damas, brought back at the time of the crusades.

The prune cream makes it possible to associate this fruit with many desserts (such as the Breton far). It can also be quite simply tasted with a consistent soft white cheese.
