Sun ripened dried apricots in a light Amaretto syrup

Dried apricots bursting with sunshine in a light Amaretto liquor. This Italian liquor is made with apricot kernels and almonds and the association is a real success.

Did you know? : in 1525 the Italian painter Bernardino Luini's model created this liquor for her lover Bernardino. If love inspired the model, today it also inspires many a delicious cocktail!

Serving suggestion : serve chilled, with vanilla ice-cream or dip the fruits in the Caramel chocolate fondue from Mazet.
