This purée is a must-have for chestnut lovers. With its rich texture and refined taste, this chestnut purée is exactly as it should be.

Serving suggestion: Serve simply with yoghurt or cream cheese.

Recipe idea: Melt a little butter with some dark chocolate until you have a thick paste. Off the heat, add the creamed chestnut and beat together until combined. Beat 3 eggs and add to the chocolate mixture. Bake in an oven at 150°C for 30 minutes.
