White wine flavoured with sage, honey, lemon, cardamom and cloves
This recipe dates from the Middle Ages. Today it has been revisited and refined by Patrick Rouvière to create a refreshing white wine with lemony notes and hints of cardamom, sage and honey. Sage was traditionally used as a medical plant for its relaxing and antiseptic qualities.
Serving: Serve chilled as an aperitif or as a pudding wine.
