A certain maturity, coffee and cocoa aromas
In the western part of the Armagnac area, the Bas-Armagnac produces elegant and delicate brandies. They are matured carefully by the Maison Delas in oak barrels, in order to remain authentic. The oak aging has given them a certain roundness, with a torrefaction and cristallised fruits bouquet.
