This marvellous mulled wine spice will warm you so beautifully during the cold winter months that it's sure to become a household staple for the festive season!
For best results heat your red wine without bringing it to the boil. Pour the wine into each glass and put one sachet of spice in each one. Leave to infuse for 5 minutes, then remove the sachet and add a slice of orange, and either one dessert spoon of honey or two sugar cubes to each cup according to taste. Enjoy warm in winter or cold in the summer, as a fruity sangria-like apéritif!
