Widely used in Reunion Island recipes.
Lima beans is a large and flat bean that would originate from Peru. It is also very common in Madagascar and Reunion Island where it is known as Cape bean.
How to cook ? 100g per person. soak in cold water for a few hours and cook in boiling water during about 1h30. They can be served with a meat in sauce (curries, massale ...).
