A hot and pungent mustard

Ginger has been used in European cuisine since the Middle-Ages. Saint Hildegarde believed that ginger prevented plague and sailors used it to avoid scurvy. It's a stimulant with a hot and peppery taste.

Serving suggestion : a really strong and hot mustard. Be careful !

Composition :
90% old mustard (water, mustard seeds, vinegar, salt), ginger purée 10% (ginger 87%, water, vegetable oil, sugar, salt, acetic acid (E260), ascorbic acid (E300))
