This blend of spices makes the perfect mulled wine. Blended with cane sugar, lemongrass, cinnamon, vanilla and pepper, it is just the job on a cold wintery day, as well as being a traditional part of a Scandinavian style Christmas.
Serving suggestion : mix the spice with a bottle of fruity red wine. Heat slowly over a low flame, stirring regularly. Do not allow to boil. Filter and serve.
