Recipe idea with Columbo
The colombo of meat or fish:
in a casserole, brown 2 beautiful onions, thinly sliced
add 2 tomatoes emptied, peeled and cut into pieces, and return with a few pinches of colombo.
Mix and cook for 15 minutes over low heat.
Place the fish or raw meat in this mixture and cook for another 15 minutes over low heat.
