Mackerel fished in the Atlantic Ocean

These mackerel fillets fished in the Atlantic are hand-prepared in the last remaining cannery in Quiberon harbour. Marinaded in white wine and aromatics, they are delicate and delicious.

Serving suggestion : serve as part of a cold starter with fresh bread, a simple salad and a glass of cold, crisp Muscadet.
