Salt with thyme and laurel
This word was loaned to the Provencal culture and indicates a thyme plantation in Provence.
It is a fruit which result of the mixing between the mistral, the sea and the sun. The salt Saunier of Camargue is enriched with thyme and laurel to decorate all your dishes.
This flavoured salt is particularly adapted to the Mediterranean cooking.
