A delicious fish sauce

Description: An extremely attractive, rosy pink sauce, bursting with the flavours of the sea. We suggest that you serve it with fresh-water fish.

Recommended by the celebrated French chef Georges Blanc.

Composition :
Tomatoes from Provence, Mediterranean fish sauce (water, fish, vegetables, pure olive oil, aromatics, saffron), crayfish, white wine from Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence, water, fresh milk, onions, modified corn starch, carrots, tomato concentrate, Cognac Fine Champagne, butter, sunflower oil, salt, creme fraiche, meat ice, garlic, sugar, pepper, herbs, thickeners (guar flour and xanthan gum).
