Description : this is a truly classic French dish of salt pork cooked with lentils.

Serving suggestion : heat over a low flame and serve with a red wine such as a Juliénas.

Recommended by the celebrated French chef Georges Blanc.

Composition :
lentils (43%), salt pork 26% (pork belly, water, salt, preservative: saltpetre, saccharose, garlic, thyme, bayleaf), stock (water, jelly, salt, white pepper, colouring: caramel, natural flavours), bacon, onions, carrots, garlic.
