3.Delivery charges

Mainland France

Delivery charges for orders to Mainland France are fixed at 7.50€ per order. This price includes the preparation and delivery by Colissimo of one single order to one single address. We also offer express delivery by TNT. The costs for delivery by TNT vary according to the weight of your order.

5.Validation of your order

Validation by the customer

You declare having accepted the General Conditions of Sale prior to placing your order. By validating your order, you give your acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale. You will receive a confirmation of your order by email.

Validation by BienManger

BienManger checks all addresses upon receipt of an order. In order to protect ourselves against fraud, we reserve the right to investigate any order we consider suspect and any address that appears incorrect. We may request proof of identity before validating an order; in this case, the order will be put on hold. If validation of the order is not possible within 15 days, the order will be cancelled and the payment refunded. The period of 15 days may be extended if the customer has entered into communication with

6.Availability of stock

All products are available whilst stock lasts. In the rare instance that a product ordered is not in stock, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity by email or by telephone. You will be offered one of the following options:

  • The refund of the value of the product(s) concerned by credit card
  • The replacement of the product(s) concerned by another of your choice of the same value
  • The delivery of the products ordered at the earliest opportunity.

Your order will be put on hold until we receive your reply.


Orders will be delivered to the delivery address indicated by you when you place your order. In the event that you are absent when your parcel is delivered, you will be informed by the postal service that your parcel may be collected from your post office, upon presentation of a proof of identity. In the event that the parcel remains unclaimed, it will be returned to after 15 days.

Orders placed with payment by credit card will be prepared and sent out the following day. Orders received on Fridays will be sent out on the following Monday. Orders received during the weekend will be sent out on the following Monday.

Orders placed with payment by cheque will be prepared and sent out on the day following the receipt of your cheque. Cheques received on Friday will be processed and the order sent out on the following Monday.

8.Delivery times

The delivery times indicated on the website are valid only when normal postal service allows (excluding strike action by postal services and extreme weather conditions). If your order requires special delivery solutions, you will be contacted by email or telephone. You reserve the right to cancel your order if this is the case and the solution proposed does not suit you.


Orders passed before 11am Monday to Friday will be delivered to you within 72 hours. Orders with a delivery by TNT will be delivered the following day. TNT delivery is not available on Saturdays. In the event that your parcel is not delivered within these time limits, we invite you to contact our Customer Service department on 00 33 (0)4 66 32 90 80. Deliveries to European countries and Switzerland generally take 7 working days. For other countries, please contact our Customer Service department on 00 33 (0)4 66 32 90 80. We will be pleased to advise you.


We accept payment

  • By credit card directly via the website: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Ecarte bleue. All payements made by credit card are secured by the Paybox system in liaison with our bank Credit Agricole.
  • By credit card by telephone.
  • By PayPal.
  • By cheque. Please note that we only accept cheques payable against a bank account held in France or Monaco. Cheques will be cashed upon reception.
  • By Gift cheque (Accentiv Kadeos).

We do not offer credit and no order will be processed before payment is received.

Credit vouchers and promotional codes are only valid against orders where the value of the products ordered is equal to or superior to the value of the voucher or code. Vouchers and codes may not be used in conjunction with any other offer and may only be used once. Vouchers and codes are valid only whilst stocks last and may be limited by a date of validity.

10.After sales service

Retraction period

You have the right to change your mind about your order within 15 days of reception of delivery of the parcel. We will offer you the option of exchanging or refunding the product(s) concerned within 30 days of reception of your demand. Postage fees are at the charge of the customer.

Please ensure that all products returned to are in their original packaging. We cannot accept any returned product that is open, damaged, or used. We cannot accept any returned product after the expiration of the Best Before Date. This guarantee is not offered for fresh products.

Broken or spoilt products

In the event that your parcel contains broken or spoilt products, we will offer you a refund or a replacement.

Missing products and errors of preparation of your order

Satisfied or refunded

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact our Customer Service department on +33 (0)4 66 32 90 80 or email, providing as much information as possible.

This guarantee is valid within a limit of two months following the date of your order.

Inaccurate delivery address

In the event that a parcel is returned undelivered to because of an error in the delivery address provided by the customer, we will offer a second delivery. A charge of 5.00€ is payable for this service.

Lost parcels

In the event that a parcel is lost during transit, will send a replacement parcel. In the event that you have not received a parcel that has been indicated as delivered by the Postal Services, we will ask you for a letter declaring that you have not received the parcel.

In the event that a second parcel is lost in transit, will proceed with the cancellation and refund of your order.


Refunds will be made within 30 days of your reclamation. Refunds will be made:

  • By automatic refund to a credit card or by credit voucher for orders placed using a credit card.
  • By cheque or credit voucher for orders placed by cheque.
  • By credit voucher only for orders paid for in part or in whole by credit voucher.
