Preparation and packaging of your order
Your order is prepared as soon as we receive your payment. Your products are then very carefully packed, using materials that will protect them well during delivery.
Shipping of your order
- Your order is dispatched the same day if placed before 11 am from Monday to Friday.
- After this time, it will be shipped the next working day.
- We do not ship parcels on Saturdays and Sundays.
Deliveries in France
Practical, fast and cheap
- Your parcel is delivered within 24/48h in the DPD pickup relais colis shop you have chosen: close to your work, to your home, on your daily commuting route (5000 stores in France).
- The shops in the network usually have wide opening hours and opened on Saturdays and even Sundays quite often.
- You receive an email when your parcel has reached the relais colis store.
- You have 10 days to withdraw it. An ID is requested at the shop.
- This option is only available for continental France (Corsica and Dom-Tom excluded).
- Beware : the shops do not recevie parcels on Saturdays and might have weekly closing days.
- Your parcel is delivered within 48/72h at the address of your choice (home, work, gift recipient)
- In case of absence, a note is left in your mailbox and your parcel is then available in the nearest post office (usually the same day in the afternoon)
- Next day delivery guaranteed for all orders placed prior to 11 pm Monday to Friday.
- After this hour, please contact our customer service to arrange express delivery (if still available)
- Please note that in all cases, orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays cannot be shipped before the next Monday.

Your order will be delivered within 3 to 7 working days for orders placed Monday to Friday before 11.00 AM if you choose Colissimo service as delivery option (time varying according to countries).
Single flat rate, regardless of the size of your order : 15.00€, in the following contries:

Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of your order and the delivery address.
In the course of the preparation of your order, you can at every moment check the estimated amount of the shipping costs on "your basket" page where you just have to select the country of your choice. It is also important to note that your order is invoiced without French taxes and that you can be asked when delivered to pay duty taxes if any apply in your country.
