This jar contains lightly pre-cooked Burgundy snails to prepare as you wish. We suggest that you grill them with parsley and garlic butter, or cook them in cream with garlic, lemon juice and chives - and, of course, enjoy with a good wine in true Gallic style!
Flesh of snails (Helix Pomatia Linnaeus), water, salt, spices, herbs. Any traces of gluten, fish, shellfish, soy, eggs, milk, almonds and celery.
