This "coq vin" is made with regional high quality ingredients such as rooster , foie gras, mushrooms and Maury wine. "Coq au vin" is a traditional French recipe.

Cooking advices : Pour the preparation in a pot and slowly warm it for 5 minutes. Enjoy this great French speciality !

Cooked sauce 52% (water, duck foie gras 10%, Maury wine 9%, onion, shallot, poultry stock, olive oil, modified corn starch, salt, garlic pulp, spices), chicken thigh confit with duck fat 25%, chestnuts 16%, chantarelles 1.7%.
