Though Madras spices are often found in powder form in Western countries, Indian chefs prefer to use a Madras paste like this one, finding it easier to use and fuller-flavoured.
Ginger, garlic, sunflower oil, vinegar, curry spice 6% (turmeric, coriander, mustard, cumin, spices), salt. May contain traces of: celery, peanuts, soya, nuts, sesame, lupin.
