Cooking advices:

This is a perfect product to give a special taste to various recipes: omelette, risottos, stuffing, sauces such as mayonnaise, vinaigrette, truffle sauce (with meat or fish)... There is a lot of ways to use this wonderful mushroom.
Note that the pasteurized and cooked truffle offers less flavor than a fresh truffle. The association with a truffle aroma of quality allows to obtain a more pronounced taste.

Conservation: you can keep this good for more than 4 years after the date of production. Once you have opened the jar you must cook it quickly and keep it in your fridge for 48hours.
