Developed by Florentine pastry chefs in the 15th century and further refined at the court of Louis XIV, macaroons are an exceptional French delicacy!
Sugar, almonds, egg white, water, stabilisers: glycerol, sorbitol, guar gum, xanthan, glucose, cocoa solids, wheat starch, coffee extract, cocoa powder, perservative: sorbic acid, salt, vanilla extract, aroma: natural cocoa aroma with other natural aromas, natural vanilla and mocha flavoring, acid citric, colour: titanium dioxide, caramel, cochineal.
